THE FOUNDERS
Cylenthia Hoyrd - writer, entrepreneur, and executive has established herself as a phenomenal woman with years of leadership experience and community involvement. Her commit to the uplift of Black women and their elevation has been the drive behind creating a safe space for them to grow and thrive. The Lipstick LeadHers is such a place. Cylenthia wants this community to be a resource and a vehicle for positive exchange and place where not dreams but visions come true.
Sharon Fletcher - a leader. planner extraordinaire, entrepreneur, executive, and advocate of opportunity, who has served youth, women, and community through a career of executive leadership in nonprofit and governmental organizations. As a business owner and inspired by her mother’s dreams, she has become a servant leader whose goal is to empower women to evolve as leadHERS and become visionaries.
